Refund & Exchange Policy

You may return or exchange any order within five (5) days from the date of delivery—no questions asked! Simply ship the item back to us. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Return charges may apply.

Please note that products listed under 'Daily Deals,' clutches, and wooden boxes for watches & jewelry are not eligible for return or refund.

Once we receive the returned product at our facility, we will process your refund via bank transfer within 5-7 working days. If you prefer to exchange your item for another product, you can use store credit and pay the balance, if any, through an alternative payment method or place a fresh order.

Wrong or Damaged Orders

While such cases are rare, if you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact our Customer Care Team at +91-88275 22499 or email us at customercare@babushopbags.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. You will need to courier the product back to us, and we will reimburse the courier charges via bank transfer or online store credit.

Shipping Policy
